Macon, GA - Yesterday, in a CQ Politics article posted online, Jim Marshall declined to publicly support Nancy Pelosi for Speaker. Instead, Marshall offered he would "prefer more moderate leadership" in the House. (CQPolitics.com)

Since 2000, Marshall has received $47,000 from Pelosi and in return he has voted for her to be Speaker four times.

In Congress, Jim Marshall has voted with Pelosi 89% of the time, including $700 billion TARP, $800 billion failed stimulus, and to increase the national debt ceiling to $14 trillion.

Isn't it interesting that as the election gets closer, Jim Marshall moves farther away from the Speaker?

If Marshall's a man of his word and not a "Pelosi-crat," like he wants us to believe, then he should return the Speaker's money and apologize to the people of Georgia for voting with her.

Give it back Jim.
